Front Office Clerk (Tallahassee, Florida)



Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic has an immediate opening for a full time Front Office Clerk (check-in).

Duties:

Check in patients while providing excellent customer service to help support the patient flow of the clinic; verify and enter patient demographics and insurance information into the computer system, including authorization and referral numbers; collect co-pays and surgery prepays. Requires basic knowledge of insurance plans; the ability to be a team player; the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and prioritize responsibilities. Applicants must have working experience exhibiting exceptional customer service skills. Relevant work experience in a medical office preferred but will accept relevant work experience in a customer service setting.
