Become part of the American Collegiate Adventures (ACA) summer team!
ACA is a summer pre-college enrichment program for high school students. Staff members must be dedicated, responsible and flexible individuals who enjoy working hard in a high-energy environment. * Programs are 4-7 weeks in length, begin at the end of June and include a mandatory one-week orientation.
ACA Staff Responsibilities:
- o Maintaining a safe, warm, supportive and fun environment for all ACA students
o Advising and mentoring students
o Developing, facilitating and participating in activities
o Living with and supervising students in residence halls and hotels
o Accompanying students around campuses, cities and on weekend trips
ACA Staff Eligibility:
- o Applicants must be college graduates and at least 21 years old by June 25, 2012
o Applicants must have past experience working with high school students
o Compensation includes room, board, transportation and a competitive stipend based on program and experience
o International staff must have international travel experience
o Please Note: Staff MUST be fluent in the local language AND in English for all programs.
