Administrative assistance needed for a local franchise business in Tallahassee.
Duties include:
• Answering phones and greeting clients as they enter the office.
• Providing clerical assistance.
• Maintaining and updating client files.
• Preparing estimates and final repair orders.
• Other general office duties as required.
