Tenn Street Station is hiring a Grounds Keeper for a student residential community. This is a FULL TIME position. Pay will be based on experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Use all custodial equipment, tools, and grounds maintenance equipment properly and in a safe manner
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Maintain an acceptable attendance record
• Assist with safety inspections for the community
• Be able to follow all safety procedures; report accidents/injuries and safety concerns to maintenance supervisor
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
• Ability to organize and demonstrate time management skills

Home Manager/Behavior Training Specialist (Panama City, Florida)
Thursday, December 22nd, 2011Sunrise Community Inc., a private not for profit organization providing support and assistance to people with developmental disabilities in Panama City, Florida seeks a “Home Manager/Behavior Training Specialist.” This position is responsible for operations management in a residential setting.
Duties Include:
• Supervision of staff 7/24/365 on 3 shifts
• Management of Home consisting of persons with dual diagnosis and behavioral challenges
• Assist CBA with the development of behavior programs
• Responsible for implementation of behavior programs monitoring and revising programs as needed, providing staff training and monitoring of all individuals in one ICF home.
High school diploma or GED required. AA degree in Human Services field preferred. Must have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience and 2 years work experience with People with Developmental Disabilities and 2 years verifiable experience working with people with dual diagnosis and Behavioral challenges.
Must have a valid violation free Florida drivers license and be able to drive personal vehicle to numerous work sites.
