Installations include basic and digital video, high speed data, digital phone and service calls. Installation work involves daily customer interface, positive communications skills and a professional appearance will be needed. Applicants must have a truck, van or SUV. Essential functions of the position.
Reading and determining customer`s installation orders.
Install, test and trouble shoot Bright House services from tap to customer`s equipment.
Planning daily routes, requisitions of equipment and supplies.
Process the ability to troubleshoot and answer customer questions about Bright house products.
Ability to climb heights and work in a confined area.
Ability to work a variety of hours.
Weekends and Holidays are a must.
